Whether you are present, tense, speaking in the present tense, presently feeling tense, or enjoy tightly wrapping gifts into tense presents, thanks for stopping by. This is my testing, testing, 1-2-3 testing post, since I have spent an shamefully long time putting it off because I did not have the perfect first post. Or second post. Or twenty-third post.

A dramatic irony, considering that my whole purpose of the blog was to focus on being intentional by living in the present tense. I have the intentional part down pat. The present tense part is harder. It’s much more fun to make intentions for the future–whatever you choose to do now doesn’t affect the fact that the future isn’t now.

Pining to be perfection is my vice, so here I am living presently with only moderate tenseness, practicing the skill of practicing by posting something that might not be perfect. The horror.

Welcome to Present Tense. I may not be an expert, but I have certainly learned some.
